Where do you ship to?
We currently can ship orders for Real Wood Adventures to the 48 US Contiguous States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. We also do not ship to APO/FPO.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Then 10-14 business days for delivery. You will be contacted by the trucking company, CEVA, to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be home for delivery.
What should I do if my boxes are damaged at time of delivery?
Due to the weight of these products, some carton damage can be expected. Please sign for the delivery and contact us for help. We stand behind our product and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
My delivery was missing a box from my shipment. Who do I contact?
Prior to delivery, it is helpful to check the product page to see how many boxes your set will ship in. Please sign the delivery short that you are missing a box and contact us by using this form for assistance. Please be sure to include your order number.
