Return Policy

You may return items purchased through the Little Tikes Real Wood Adventures website within 30 days of purchase for a refund in accordance with this return policy (“Return Policy”). This Return Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the Little Tikes Real Wood Adventures website on which you made your purchase. Little Tikes Real Wood Adventures will not accept any returns of Little Tikes Real Wood Adventures items purchased through other retailers.

Important Notice: You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you refuse delivery you will also be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

If you want to return an item you must:

Contact Little Tikes Real Wood Adventures customer service at RWAOrderhelp@mgae.com or by calling Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time at 1 (800) 321-4424 Option 2 in order to obtain a return authorization number (“RA Number”).
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, return the item via Trucking Carrier of your choice (signature service required) to Little Tikes Real Wood Adventures in its new, unused condition in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation, to the following address:

Include in the return shipment the RA Number and the original packing slip.
